Help protect and preserve Brantford's established neighbourhoods

The residents of Pioneer Grove are very concerned about the impact that through traffic to and from the Tutela Heights West Development will have on our neighbourhood.

We petition Brantford City Counselors and Cachet Homes to allow Clement and Sherman Drive to remain dead end streets.  We request that only emergency vehicle access and pedestrian access be allowed between the existing and proposed neighborhoods. 

If through vehicle traffic is allowed, there will be safety, noise and parking issues for Pioneer Grove residents.  We still have a special neighbourhood where children are outside playing in their driveways, in our busy toddler park, and in our quiet streets.  We would like this lifestyle to be preserved.  

We request that ample vehicle access be provided to the new area through the new area's streets.

A number of petitions to this end have been circulating. 

We appeal to the Brantford City Counsel and Cachet Homes to amend the development plans to address our concerns.
