The beautiful game is ruined with ridiculous decisions that cause unnecessary delays and endless arguments on and off the pitch.  The game isn’t allowed to flow and even if your beloved team scores the celebrations are half hearted in case someone has laid a pinky on someone’s back.  Football will not want to be watched in the future if these ridiculous rules continue.  Football fans can stop this with this petition.
