The "Villages Plan" calls for 6 story density throughout much of Vancouver. Residential areas will be up zoned on July 14 if this plan goes through. There are zero affordability requirements, zero tree protections and zero design guidelines. If you thought the multiplex policy was bad, this is much worse.  Please visit our website www.smartdensityvancouver.ca  and click on "speak out". You can comment directly on the City Hall website and "oppose" this plan. And one week prior to the hearing you can sign up to speak at the July 14th hearing.
