On July 14, City Council will be voting on "The Villages Plan" which upzones large swaths of Vancouver to allow 6 - 8 story buildings in residential neighbourhoods. There are no design guidelines, tree protections or affordability requirements. None. Let's tell council they work for residents not developers.
