To the Public Utility Commission of Texas and our District State Representatives:

Families, military households, and senior citizens across Bell County are being completely blindsided every single month. We do everything we can to conserve energy, turn down the AC, and keep our usage low—only to open our electric bills and find out that the mandatory "delivery charges" are actually higher than the cost of the electricity we used!
It makes absolutely no sense, and it isn't fair.
This broken system is putting real financial stress on regular Texas households. Parents are having to choose between buying groceries, paying for childcare, or padding the profits of a utility monopoly that has gone unchecked for too long. We are being actively penalized for trying to be fiscally responsible, and our monthly budgets can no longer handle these hidden rate hikes.

We have a right to honest, fair pricing. This isn't just an issue for one family or one town; it affects every single energy consumer in our community.

Implementing a strict, sensible cap on TDU Delivery Fees so monopolies like Oncor cannot continue to gouge consumers.

Bringing transparency and accountability back to the grid so that energy is both affordable and fairly priced.
