1. Is merely a repetition of the previous exams and does not test anything new
2. Unnecessarily applies pressure and risks the success of the current residents and many applicants 
3. Is graded impartially
4. Is not standardized 
5. Does prejudice against IMGs and fails them despite good performances on the exam
6. Cuts out good potential candidates and therefore deteriorates the anticipated emergent issue of lack of physicians by 2030 in the US
