The Board of County Supervisors has spent more than $1 million fighting its own citizens in the Oak Valley HOA et al. vs the Board of County Supervisors et al.

The County -- and the multi-national billion dollar plus data centers -- lost their case in Circuit Court.

The Court voided the vote on the PW Digital Gateway and simply requires the process to start over -- the data centers can reapply, the hearings can be properly noticed, citizens can be heard on their views, and a new vote taken.

The Board should not spend a single penny to appeal this decision.

Follow the order of the Judge.

Protect the citizens of Prince William County.

The data center industry wants the County to appeal all the way to the Supreme Court -- spending millions more of our tax dollars.

Tell the BOCS to vote to not appeal the Circuit Court decision -- and don't spend any more of our tax dollars fighting your own citizens.
