Today I had a call with County Supervisor Das Williams said he only wants scientific research from me and then he will consider changing his mind. 

What I said to him before that was - "the people of Carpinteria and visitors' qualify of life is being impacted in addition to the environment, and that the people want their voices to be heard."   That didn't seem to carry any weight with him.  How unfortunate for him.  When his term is up we all know what needs to happen.

The City however has been more cooperative and will in the coming weeks be drafting and sending a letter in response to the debris dumping.
