Story of "victim" of Buyer Beware on Channel 9 News

This story highlights how Sellers can get away with not telling Buyers about material defects. In this case there was a long history of water leaks and plumbing issues causing damage to internal walls requiring replacement. The Buyer cannot use her kitchen sink or bathrooms. She is a single mother and works as a neonatal nurse. She cannot afford to repair these items. She is trapped in a dodgy house!
