The Issue

🚨 Today at the direction of the new Assistant Director Amanda at Dallas Animal Services 4 lives will be taken when there are open kennels. Due to her policy on capacity.

If you believe this is wrong and Animals' lives matter please sign and speak up. Please email as well daspio@dallas.gov and Dallas City Hall.https://dallascityhall.com/government/Pages/contacts.aspx

At Dallas Animal Services, this tragedy of unnecessary space euthanasia is becoming far too common under the new director, Amanda, who has only been on the job for three weeks. Shockingly, dogs are being euthanized for lack of space, despite the presence of open kennels. This indicates a misuse of resources and a gross mismanagement of the shelter space. This is not a staff decision who are fighting tirelessly for the animals.

Our furry companions deserve better. Dogs, known for their unwavering loyalty, deserve a chance at life, not death by default. The current struggle at Dallas Animal Services highlights a crucial need for transparency.

Please join us in speaking up for the animals at Dallas Animal Services to stop the indiscriminate euthanization of dogs. Sign this petition to help protect our furry friends and ensure they are given the second chance they deserve.
