Last week, a young jogger was attacked by a pack of strays in the recently-opened Punggol Waterway park.

The Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) said it is aware of the stray dog situation in Punggol and has rounded up 26 dogs from the area since September.

An estimated number of 114 strays were reported loitering in that area, AVA will be stepping up in their operation to culls these strays.

Members of Parliament, Ms Penny Low will be working closely with the relevant authority to lauch this culling and cruel operation.

This petition is brought up to get your support in order to stop the culling of these innocent strays.

Personally, i don't condone the belief that culling is the only solution to this problem.

There will be a better compromise that the authority can come up with that will provide a more positive solution.

I urge you to sign this petition to re-enfore the fact that we do not hold the right to end any innocent life, and we want the culling operation to ceased with immediate effect.
