New dog in training not welcome at Walgreens until fully trained.  We were never compensated for the loss of our service animal Ashes who was the first dog in Colorado to have ever been offered training through the Colorado Department of Vocational rehabilitation.  

My son and I made a formal complaint to Walgreens Corporation for my dog being told it was never welcome in thier store again after having an accident on the floor that I cleaned up myself.  

A veteran of the united states military was kind enough to assist my son n I by bringing our dog outside while we finished up shopping.  

An employee came to tell this man our dog was never welcome in the store again.  My son n I were there again to follow up with management the other day, who already heard back from corporate and he said, "not sure what were gonna do about this dog.  Unless fully trained a service animal is not allowed in our building."

My son n I left, as I took footage of him putting gummy worms back on the rack.  Our family is not able to navigate well if we leave our service dog tied up outside.  Our dog is a rescue who was found abandoned in New Mexico.  He has tummy issues and severe separation anxiety.  Since he came to stay with us I have been refused transportation by an ambulance, and approached at Vitamin College by an employee asking why I need a service animal, which is illegal, according to her manager that agreed with me, that is not the way to phrase the question when approaching a customer with a disability.  

The other day my son asked the bus driver if I could bring our stroller on the bus lift with my groceries. He got his manager to call security to inform us that unless a baby is in the stroller they will not allow the stroller/golf cart on the lift.  

I refused to leave the transit center until my son got a ride with his father, and police came to ask me to leave the property.  This was all pretty distressing for my son to witness.  But luckily my dog n I made it up the hill two hours later with our groceries.

I have shared footage with all of my advocates about our ongoing struggles with explaining myself to every retailer who has chosen to not have us trespassed.  We are luckily in subsidized housing at the moment, but concerned about our safety now that more anti semetic threats have been made,preceeding a call to 988, who recommend I bring this treatment of law enforcement inability to competently enforce our protection.
