I am writing this petition to bring attention to the unjust eviction and vacate process that I am currently facing from my rental complex. Despite being a responsible tenant and paying rent on time, I have been served with an vacate notice without any valid reason.

According to the law, landlords cannot evict tenants without a valid reason such as non-payment of rent or breach of lease agreement. However, my rental complex is trying to force me out of my home without any legitimate grounds.

This is not just about me but also about other tenants who might face similar situations in the future. It is important that we stand up against such unlawful practices and protect our rights as tenants.

I was subjected to racially motivated bullying and unruly acts by my neighbor since the day I moved in August 2020. Management failed to protect us and take control of the situation, and let my neighbor constantly harass myself, my children, and my guests. Two of my children and I are also considered disabled. We have been discriminated against. 

I urge you to sign this petition and demand that my rental complex stops their unlawful eviction process against me. Let us send a message that we will not tolerate such unfair treatment towards tenants.
