I was one of many who got banned on deviantart for something they didn't do! They make assumptions, think you're breaking terms of service and ban you. Not letting you appeal or defend yourself even if you didn't commit the crime they assumed you did. You get not only accused but deemed guilty right away without any warning or justification. They hide by not sharing any proper way to contact them. No phone number, no direct emails and the emails they do have they just won't respond to avoid confronting the consequences of their actions.

Enough is ENOUGH! It's time deviantart took responsibility for their actions and stop being so strict on their site, ignoring victims of their unjust staff and taking away our rights to use the website!

They should not be allowed to continue to get away with this behavior. Their staff and their anti consumer behavior needs to end. They need to answer for what they've done and STOP banning people for crimes they did not commit and be more open to people who just want to prove themselves innocent. They should not be allowed to ban someone under the assumption they did something wrong and deny them the ability to appeal. This is against our human rights and denying our right to speak. There is no guilty until proven innocent. No second chances. You're guilty because they think so.

It's time for this behavior to STOP
