Living in a community should mean being part of somewhere that values fairness and support for its residents. However, the staggering increase in sewage fees is causing a financial burden that's simply unsustainable for many of us. This month alone, some of us are faced with sewage fees up to $430, an unreasonable expense for something that costs an average of $70 in the area. 

These inflated sewage fees are pushing many of us to our limits.  The residents of Ridge Crossings are calling on local authorities to take a stand against these extreme and unjustified price hikes.

We know this isn't sustainable living, nor is it fair.

We aren’t asking for a lot – merely for the fees to reflect actual usage and infrastructure costs, rather than being a punishing financial burden. Transparent pricing models should be implemented so that every resident can evaluate and trust what they are being billed for.

We also need to be reimbursed or credited for the unjustified amounts we have paid over the past several months. 

Our call is simple: end unwarranted price gouging and restore fairness to our community’s billing practices. Let's put an end to the unnecessary financial strain and ensure a fair cost of living for everyone in Ridge Crossings Apartments.
