On August 29, 2024, I was involved in a car accident in Garland, Texas. The official police report clearly states that the other driver failed to yield the right of way while making a left turn, which caused the collision. Despite this, the other driver’s insurance company, USAA, has assigned 50% of the fault to me. This decision has delayed repairs to my vehicle and left me burdened with mounting costs that I should not have to bear.

But my story is not unique. Insurance companies regularly dispute liability, delay claims, and underpay settlements, forcing victims to shoulder unfair financial and emotional burdens. This affects drivers across the U.S., leaving them vulnerable at a time when they need protection the most.
