Our residents & businesses deserve better! Labour’s ULEZ expansion will cost Havering’s poorest residents thousands of pounds each year just to drive their cars! In Harold Hill, our residents cannot always afford new and eco-friendly cars. We love the environment but want to STOP ULEZ expanding to the whole of London, & instead ask the Mayor to invest in greener solutions which won’t hurt our residents!
