To: The UK Government, Environmental Agencies, and Climate Policy Makers

The UK government has recently approved £50 million in funding through the Advanced Research and Invention Agency (ARIA) for outdoor experiments aimed at dimming the sun to combat global warming. These experiments involve injecting aerosolized particles into the stratosphere and brightening clouds to reflect sunlight away from Earth.

We, the undersigned, call for an immediate halt to all solar geo-engineering experiments in the United Kingdom — including Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI) and Marine Cloud Brightening (MCB).

These projects propose to dim or block sunlight to cool the Earth — but in doing so, they risk unraveling the very threads that sustain life.

Sunlight is not a pollutant. It is the language of life.
It sets our circadian clocks, powers our immune systems, supports photosynthesis, strengthens mental health, and signals spiritual wakefulness. To tamper with it is to tamper with the divine order of creation.

These experiments:

• Violate our right to natural light
• Ignore centuries of ecological wisdom
• Reduce complex climate issues to a single, dangerous quick fix
• Risk causing unforeseen global consequences — from failed harvests to hormonal disruption, from ecological imbalance to spiritual disconnection.

We are not anti-science. We are pro-life - all life. We believe in solutions that restore, not those that dominate.

We Demand:

• An immediate moratorium on all forms of solar geo-engineering in the UK.
• Full public transparency about any current or planned experiments.
• Protection of sunlight as a basic biological and spiritual human right.
• Independent health and ecological impact reviews before any such technologies are even considered.
• Investment in natural climate solutions rooted in regeneration, not manipulation — reforestation, soil renewal, clean energy, and community resilience.

We are asking for one simple thing: stop experimenting with the atmosphere. The risks are too great. The public has a right to know. And nature is not a lab.
