As concerned citizens of the United Kingdom, we are calling on the UK Government to immediately halt any military involvement or support in a potential Iran-Israel war.

Recent reports confirm that the UK has deployed additional RAF jets to the Middle East in anticipation of escalating conflict. This deeply concerns us, especially as it signals a readiness to participate in a war that the British public has not consented to, and which does not serve our national interest.

We refuse to allow our tax money to fund military operations in defence of a country whose leaders have been formally indicted by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for actions many in the international community consider to be genocidal.

This is not our war.

The British public does not support further military entanglements in the Middle East, particularly those which could drag us into broader, long-term conflict and inflame regional instability. We have seen the devastating consequences of similar involvements in Iraq and Afghanistan, both in lives lost and in lasting global repercussions.

We demand that:

No UK military assets be used to support or defend Israel in a war with Iran.
The UK government immediately withdraws any military deployments made in anticipation of such a conflict.

Full transparency be provided to the public regarding UK involvement and military decisions in the region.

Let us learn from the past and act with wisdom. Do not drag Britain into another unjust war.
