Today is Trans Day of Remembrance—a day to honor the lives lost to anti-trans violence and discrimination. We remember those we've lost. And we recommit to fighting for those still here.

Gender-affirming care is at the center of this fight. It's the healthcare that keeps trans people alive, that allows them to live authentically, that gives them hope.
