People are concretely affected by the problem.The Cat is part of a family,who they love so dearly Normally there is children in the family,and they have grown to love the Cat and Cat the children.So when a Cat is knocked down. By a car the Driver does not stop,just drives on.So the poor Catcis left lying on the street and a poor family are out looking for their cat that got out of house and cannot find it sometimes they do,find it and there is not anything they can do for cat as it has been sometime since it was knocked down and gas died.Family is heartbroken if driver had stopped and tried to see who's cat it belonged to someone might have been able to take it to the vet.If things were to change family's would not be heartbroken their cat could be treated at a vets at least they would know that their cat would survive.But if i stays the way it is now family would be without their loveable Cat.Now is the time to act to Change the way Cats are treated when involved in a road accident and not to be forgotten about and family's would not be so heartbroken and families torn apart from losing their beloved feline who has been a great part of their family
