Stop Top Tier Auto from Exploiting Vulnerable Community Members

The Issue

Courtney Redding Huckleby and Laron Huckleby of Top Tier Auto, located at 2950 Brice Road, Suite B, Brice, Ohio 43109, are taking advantage of the elderly, disabled, low-income individuals, and veterans by selling unsafe vehicles. The owner is a liar and a thief who prioritizes profit over people's safety.. Numerous reports indicate that this dealer continues to scam women in our community by selling them unfit cars.

One Google review mentioned a fire incident involving one of their vehicles and another case where they sold a faulty car that stopped working shortly after purchase.

I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart that looked like a nice car for a fair price and didn't have any rust. The guy told me that the car didn't have any mechanical problems. The car had some minor cosmetic damage, but nothing I was too worried about.

I took it on a test drive, but I should have taken it somewhere where I could get it up to speed. On the way home after I bought it, as soon as I got on a bigger road, the car lost power, and I had trouble getting it over 35 mph. It turns out it needs a new turbo.

I was stuck by the side of the road, so I called Top Tier Auto again, and they wouldn't do anything for me except give me a phone number for a tow truck company that was closed because it was Saturday. I ended up towing the car home with my truck and a borrowed trailer.

Top Tier Auto has a 30-day warranty, but it only covers half of the expenses, and the repairs have to be done at their mechanic shop. Whatever you do, don't believe them when they say that a car doesn't have any mechanical issues. I wouldn't recommend Top Tier Auto.

My car burst into flames on I-70, just 15 minutes after leaving the dealership. The engine caught fire, and the car nearly took my life. Laron suddenly refused to honor the 30-day warranty on the engine and transmission.

He then wrote two different statements on Google, claiming I had the vehicle serviced by someone in those 15 minutes on a Saturday. Laron knew that the car had a bad engine and put my life in danger. He and his wife are a disgrace to the community.

Two stars because the vehicles price reflects what you are getting lol but look this is a (As IS) car lot for a reason these cars are the bottom of the pit ones no car lot would even take lol. Luckily i took a 30 year multi award winning mechanic with me yea it cost me $150 for his time but it saved me on a $7,000 extremely bad purchase. They delete the codes the cars are throwing an try to only let you take car around the block. So we drove farther an all the codes 6 of them popped up lol an rust galore on the frame like it lived in water last 5 years. So just be aware these cars will need a lot of money put into them after you purchase one.
