What does Ticketmaster think of the average concert goer?

Ticketmaster Executive Ben Baker had this to say: fans are "so stupid," he explains that he "gouge(s)" them, and brags that Live Nation is "robbing them blind, baby."  He went on to say, he "almost feels bad for taking advantage of them."

This is what Ticketmaster thinks of you and me, the average concert goer. This treatment, and gouging of fans needs to stop. Enough is enough. And people are starting to make a stand.  The above quotes were brought forward during a trial that Ticketmaster lost in the United States.  It had to do with them as a monopoly, but this is only part of their overall shady practices.
