…and the comments are still disabled! All I got was what seems to be a generic automated response, asking me if the issue is not resolved, have any questions or if the staff member who is supposedly human could be of any additional assistance. I had to tell them that the issue is still not resolved for obvious reasons. I also made a request to explain why the comments were disabled to start with since I never got an email explaining why. Hopefully things will get resolved soon and they should!
