It has just come to my attention that dA has just launched their controversial and widely-hated redesign of their site known as Eclipse. Many users have opposed it ever since it was first announced earlier this year, leading them to tell the staff to cancel Eclipse, making it optional and the likes. Now that it has been launched, this just proves that the staff doesn’t listen to their community at all most of the time. Instead of the staff taking care of actual problems, such as banning people like Travis for example, they tend to focus more on inessential changes to their site that won’t benefit many members and money, leading the community to criticize the staff’s actions and to tell them to focus more on the problems that are actually hurting the site’s community. Sadly, the dA staff just doesn’t care about it, causing them to let the malicious problems to run rampant and to focus more unimportant issues, such as petty changes to the site. Again with Eclipse being just launched, I’m really concerned about how they would take of Travis once that petition has come to their attention.

We are several signatures away from reaching our goal. The more signatures we get, the more likely the staff would listen to us!
