STOPPING CYBERBULLYINGPA, United States

I’m really amazed that we’ve already gained more than half of a hundred supporters within a short period of time. As mentioned in this petition, Travis is a participant in cringe culture, mainly through his original Tumblr account. Today I want to share a stamp that is against cringe culture that was made by goth--bunny.

As goth--bunny said:

“Cringe Culture:

1) is immature

2) is a waste of time

3) hampers creativity

4) hurts self-esteem”

“1) Cringe culture is immature because full-grown adults are getting a fit over how some kid made a purple winged demon fox or a love interest for their fictional crush. Do those things hurt anyone? Not at all!

Yet, Travis disregards any of that. Instead of simply leaving the victims alone who haven’t done a thing to him, he reblogs the art he hates just for the sole purpose to mock and humiliate the people who made the art. Like I said from before, this falls under the category of abuse. It’s his fault for doing it; not his victims. This proves that he’s the immature adult that he is. Again, he just turned 28.

“2) As illustrated above, it is also a waste of time. Why bother getting worked up over another person's characters, especially when they never asked for input or constructive criticism in the first place? Participants of cringe culture should get a better hobby!

He sure is wasting his time and he did. He should start doing hobbies that don’t involve the expense of other people. Yet, he springs for the ones that would hurt people and gets cheap laughs out of it.

“3) It hampers creativity because you become too self-aware when you start working on your projects. This story arc you're so hyped about? Cringe. The fact that you made your OC related to a secondary or background character? Cringe. Don't even think about making a strong female character, let alone ship her with any of the main characters, unless you're totally fine with her being called a Mary Sue. See? Your options to explore and play with your works become smaller and smaller.

This guy should be ashamed for stifling creativity and works that have nothing to do with him.

“4) Lastly, cringe culture hurts self-esteem in so many ways.

And victims of Travis are prone to give up what they like doing because of him, all because of his abusive reblogging. Again, it would his fault for that; not theirs. His actions could even drive them to leaving deviantART and/or whatever other sites that they’re on. Again, his fault; not theirs.

This is all the more reason why Travis should be banned from the sites that he’s on and for his hate “art”, journals, etc. to be deleted. This petition is still going strong, but it is still in need of more supporters! Remember, spread the word about this by doing one or more of the following actions: chipping in (Most viable action.), sending it directly to other people by email or something else (Second most viable action.), or to post it on social media sites such as Facebook. (I still wouldn’t recommend posting it on Twitter due the fact that Travis is still very active on that site.)
