Elit Forest in Mazandaran, Iran, is currently burning — and the fire is spreading fast.
Local firefighters, volunteers, and environmental groups are doing everything they can, but they do not have enough equipment, support, or international visibility.

Elit Forest is home to unique wildlife, old-growth trees, and a critical ecosystem that supports the entire region. Losing this forest would be a devastating blow to nature, local communities, and future generations.
