A whale and a dolphin a week have washed ashore dead since surveying for Offshore wind began off NJ this winter. These surveys use sonic hammering at 196 decibels to test the seabed for construction of the towers. This causes painful death to whales who are finally coming back to the area after hundreds of years.   Help stop the slaughter and insist their surveying and eventual operation become acoustically silent before this migratory pathway is compromised before construction begins in this pristine habitat.
