I am grateful to all of our supporters of the STOP THE WEST NECK REZONING petition.  Your participation and comments will make a difference in convincing the Mayor and City Council that the JBWK/Harrison & Lear application is fundamentally absurd and is simply a strained attempt by two interlopers to enrich themselves by destroying a 55+ community and permanently affecting the West Neck Community’s relationship with our adjacent Indian River Plantation neighbors.  

We have now reach 1,025 supporters and forwarded the petition, updates, your comments and a complete list of supporter names, to the Virginia Beach City Clerk for distribution to the Mayor and City Council members in advance of Tuesday’s City Council session and vote on the application.
