Representatives from Sydney Water hosted a pop-up in Pierre de Coubertin Park today at 11:30am - 1pm.

As Newington residents we had more questions than answers from their staff and we certainly need a meeting in the evening to allow more residents to attend. We have requested this and also for the extension to NSW Planning submission date.

We are now waiting for a response on both these requests.

In the meantime, everyone who hasn't already, please put in a submission through the NSW Planning site before the current expiry date of March 11th. We need to stop this ill-advised project from running through our suburb.
