I have officially filed our Formal Objection with the City Manager today. We have told the Metro: No more 9.2% hikes while our maintenance money goes to luxury boardroom furniture and laptops.

Look at the proof:
NMB, another pylon has collapsed. Retief Odendaal was on site, where the metro and contractors are assessing the situation on the Chelsea /Arlington 132 Kv line. This is now the 4th instance of a collapsed pylon on the same line over the past two years.
Currently Walmer, Arlington, parts of Summerstrand and surroundings areas are out.
This happened today. While they buy leather chairs, our grid is literally buckling.
