As a Muslim, I am deeply committed to supporting human rights and justice. This issue is personal to me as I have friends from Palestine, including a teacher who has tragically lost family members due to the ongoing conflict. In Palestine, thousands of people have been murdered, many of whom are young children who never had the chance to live the life they wanted. Bombs are being dropped indiscriminately, homes destroyed and families torn apart.

According to UNICEF (2020), over 1 million children in Gaza are suffering from severe trauma due to ongoing violence. This is not just about numbers; these are real lives that matter - innocent children whose futures are being stolen away every day.

We must raise our voices against this injustice. We cannot stand by while innocent lives continue to be lost and futures destroyed. We call on world leaders and international organizations like the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) for immediate intervention in order to protect these vulnerable children and bring an end to this violence.
