Hello, all who have signed, and, all who I hope may sign in the near future:
In the last two weeks, over 6500 of you have signed. I urge you all to find your M.L.A., and urge them to bring our petition to Premier David Eby and the Provincial Legislature.
I have attached the link to the directory of the provincial MLAs, and have a list of the ones that are particularly local to this issue. Contact is not limited to email; physical copies of your letters are very impactful and will end up right before their eyes, on their desks. Remind them of their environmental pledges, or how they swore to protect farmers and our local food supply. Tell them of your love for our province, its environmental and cultural beauty; that this will not only relegate our students and their careers to obsolescence, but our future generations to uncertainty and an unclean water supply.
B.C. can be the frontrunner in Canada's protection of humanity.
While I know that many of you would like to write about a plethora of issues, I ask that you please focus your attentions on this one issue, for the meantime. In doing this and posing a united group of thousands, we may accomplish as much as possible in the shortest amount of time.
