Petition Title:

Urgent Demand for Government Transparency and Oversight on Reverse-Engineered Technology and Free Energy Programs. 

We are writing as concerned citizen to demand full transparency and congressional oversight regarding all classified documents and programs related to reverse-engineered technology and free energy. The lack of accountability in these areas poses significant ethical, environmental, and national security concerns, undermining public trust and our collective progress as a society.

For decades, there have been credible reports and whistleblower testimonies suggesting the existence of classified programs involving the reverse engineering of advanced non-terrestrial technologies. Additionally, there is growing evidence that breakthroughs in free energy technology—capable of revolutionizing global energy systems and addressing the climate crisis—have been suppressed under the guise of national security.

The public has a right to know the following:

 1. The Scope of Reverse-Engineering Programs:

How are these technologies being developed, tested, and potentially weaponized? Who oversees these programs, and what ethical safeguards are in place to ensure they are not misused against humanity or peaceful extraterrestrial entities?

 2. The Status of Free Energy Technology:

Why has this technology, which could provide affordable, sustainable energy to all, not been disclosed and implemented for public benefit? What entities or interests are obstructing its release?

 3. Oversight and Accountability:

Who ensures that these programs operate within the bounds of U.S. and international law? Congress must assert its authority to investigate and regulate these projects to prevent unethical applications and ensure transparency.

 4. Implications for Global Peace and Security:

The potential misuse of advanced technologies, including scalar weapons, raises grave concerns about humanity’s role in fostering peace and ethical stewardship of such innovations.

For instance, in February 2023, an F-16 fighter jet used a heat-seeking AIM-9X missile to down an unidentified object over Lake Huron. This includes scalar weaponry, high-energy plasma disruptors, and advanced electromagnetic field disruptors.  
The frequency technologies go beyond the visual spectrum. Using scalar waves and holographic radar, these tools can sense and track crafts in other vibratory states or dimensions, effectively sniffing out the crafts’ energy. 

These devices harness frequencies capable of destabilizing the fields that shield and cloak many crafts. By targeting specific frequency ranges and aligning with certain harmonics, they can disrupt the craft’s energetic signature, temporarily “uncloaking” them. This same frequency manipulation can destabilize the electromagnetic fields of a craft, rendering it vulnerable and open to physical damage or grounding.

As a representative of the people, you have a duty to ensure transparency and accountability in government operations, especially those that affect public welfare, global peace, and environmental sustainability. I urge you to:

   •   Advocate for the immediate declassification of documents related to reverse-engineered technologies and free energy programs.

   •   Support the establishment of a bipartisan congressional committee to investigate these programs, with full access to relevant information and the power to subpoena.

   •   Promote the responsible and ethical development of these technologies for the benefit of humanity, ensuring that they are not weaponized or suppressed.

Many of these crafts come in peace and could hold beings who have helped humanity in ways we don’t fully understand. They carry important knowledge and are here to help Earth evolve in positive ways. They are not evil, they are you, they are me, they are us. This petition serves as a reminder of our duty to make the world a better place to live in for our children. Please act now before it’s too late. 
We are asking for Congress to hold people accountable for using these technologies that are causing harm. If we work together, we can create a world where all beings, from Earth and beyond, are respected and protected. We believe we should be looking to learn from them instead of causing harm.
