Thank you to everyone who has raised concerns about the use of Flock cameras in Colorado.

I take privacy, civil liberties, and appropriate oversight of surveillance technology seriously.

I plan to introduce legislation next session addressing many of the concerns regarding Flock cameras, and I am currently working with stakeholders to define the bill’s scope and provisions.
