Dredging is killing our ocean life such as fish and turtles and much more, it also kills our coral reefs which is an important part of our oceans, its a food source for animals, creates medicines for us and controls the power of waves preventing tsunamis. People are killing the coral reefs by using dredging which is a way of fishing faster. also it picks up more then just fish, it takes turtles, jellyfish, small whales, killing them all. when there are other types of fishing that can be used which are much more friendly to the environment.
