Follow Up Article From KQED & Official Violation Notice From The Air District!

Thanks so much for your support and for signing our petition. KQED published a follow up article on our story, so we wanted to share it with you. https://www.kqed.org/news/11911263/regulator-moves-to-shut-down-diesel-generators-at-east-oakland-cannabis-facility

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) also sent Greensage (the building owners at The Cannery) an official violation notice for running the diesel generators here. They also announced that they're scheduling a public hearing about it soon, so we'll post the date of the hearing as soon as we know for anyone that wants to come. The more people they hear from that are part of the communities being directly affected by these generators, the better chance we have of BAAQMD and the city shutting them down.
