I am appalled by the recent pay rise given to their CEO despite her failure to ensure a decent service. Over the past years,  customers have faced frequent disruptions, poor water quality, and inadequate customer support. According to Ofwat's latest report, South West Water ranks among the lowest in customer satisfaction (source: Ofwat Annual Report 2022). It is unacceptable that while we suffer from these issues, the company's leadership is rewarded with higher pay. Sign this petition to demand accountability and better service from South West Water before any further executive compensation increases are approved. Preferably these huge sums of money should be returned to the company to work towards the vital improvements that are required. Please forward this to anyone who you think may be interested.
