Stop the Unjust Termination of PYLUSD Principals & Staff

Stop the Unjust Termination of PYLUSD Principals & Staff
The Issue
Dear Concerned Citizens, Parents, Students, and Supporters,
We are facing a crisis in our beloved PYLUSD district that demands our immediate attention and action. Rumors have been swirling that the administration, including the Superintendent, is plotting to terminate the employment of dedicated principals and staff members from our high schools without any justifiable cause.
This potential purge threatens not only the livelihoods of these educators but also the stability and excellence of our schools. Principals are the backbone of any educational institution, providing leadership, guidance, and support to both students and teachers alike. Their removal would not only disrupt the functioning of our schools but also create an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty among the entire educational community.
We refuse to stand idly by while valuable members of our educational family are unjustly targeted and dismissed. Every member of our staff plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our children, and their dedication and commitment should be rewarded, not punished.
Furthermore, the lack of transparency surrounding these alleged plans is deeply concerning. As stakeholders in our district, we demand transparency and accountability from our administrators. The community has a right to know the reasons behind any potential terminations and to have a say in decisions that affect the future of our schools.
We call upon the administration of PYLUSD to halt any plans to fire principals and staff without cause and to engage in open and honest dialogue with the community about the future of our schools. Let us work together to ensure that our schools remain beacons of excellence and opportunity for generations to come.
Sign this petition to show your support for our principals and staff and to demand that our voices be heard!
Together, we can make a difference and ensure that justice and fairness prevail in our schools.
Thank you for standing with us.
