Rocky, a cherished family dog and loyal companion to the late Angel Rodriguez, is facing an unjust fate. A sudden incident involving Rocky biting an individual has put his life at risk. However, those who know Rocky understand that this is not reflective of his character.

The American Veterinary Medical Association states that dogs should not be labeled as dangerous or potentially dangerous based on isolated incidents (AVMA). It's crucial to consider a dog's overall behavior rather than focusing on one event. 

We believe that euthanizing Rocky would be a grave injustice. He deserves another chance at life with his loving family who are still grieving an unexpected loss and losing Rocky will be another great loss to the family.
