As proud and dedicated patrons of Lake Zurich's cherished food joints My Flavor it place and Craving Gyros, we are horrified by the prospect of our beloved community establishments being driven out by a profit-hungry owner. These restaurants are local landmarks, and shutting them down to pave the way for another bar - when our area is already inundated with such drinking spots - is an unnecessary and hurtful act.
