As property owners and residents of Crowhill Views, we are affected by the unjust blockage of the public road that provides access to our properties. This barricade, enforced by the MT Breezes Borrowdale Brooke Owners Association, is causing immense distress for over 2,000 households, which are now being denied access to their homes. 

The road is a vital link for the residents to reach their homes and its blockage is denying us our rights to freely move and live in peace within our private properties. Property ownership should never infringe on the basic rights of way. This not only complicates our daily commutes but also limits the overall freedom of movement within our community. Ideal urban living is marked by easy accessibilities and it is unfair to have this privilege stripped from us without proper justification or legal backing.

By blocking this public road, the association is making a challenge to our coexistence and unity as a community. The inconveniences this blockade poses are numerous; the financial strain on us having to seek alternative routes, the time wasted, and the difficulties it poses in case of emergencies.

The road is a lifeline, not just a path. It is essential for daily routines, for emergencies, for smooth commutation. We need your support to urge the concerned authorities to intervene swiftly and require the MT Breezes Borrowdale Brooke Owners Association to unblock the public road for the sake of the over 2,000 households depending on it.
