Stop the Unfair Ban on XL Bully Dogs happening in Scotland

Stop the Unfair Ban on XL Bully Dogs happening in Scotland
The Issue
I am a proud dog owner, and more specifically, an owner of the beautiful XL Bully breed. It is deeply personal and distressing to see these wonderful dogs being targeted for a ban due to the irresponsible actions of a small minority who fail to raise them correctly. XL Bullies are not inherently dangerous or vicious. Like any other breed, their temperament largely depends on how they're raised and treated. According to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), "dogs of any breed can become dangerous when they're intentionally or unintentionally raised to be aggressive." It's unfair and unjustified that all XL Bullies should suffer because of some owners' negligence. Furthermore, banning a specific breed does not solve issues related with dog attacks or aggression. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in its study found that it's virtually impossible to calculate bite rates for specific breeds accurately. It is time we shift our focus from blaming breeds towards promoting responsible pet ownership which includes proper training, socialization, care and love that every dog deserves irrespective of its breed. The breed specific legislation has never been successful and the reason being it never has targeted the issue which lies with irresponsible owners and breeders. We urge you all who believe in justice for all dogs regardless of their size or breed - sign this petition today! Let us stand together against this unjust ban on XL Bully dogs! We urge the Scottish government to understand and look at the impact as a result of this ban in England and take on board the lack of care for the welfare of all of these dogs. Deed not breed will reduce attacks, abuse, neglect and killing of all breeds of dogs and ensures public safety and animal welfare are both met.
I'm going to show you just a couple of cases that have happened after this ban was introduce. Scottish goverment implications know the implications... I dont Think they do. The cases where they have been abused or neglected not once did they show anything other than absolute fear. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/TMqyoN3DjBUS45a6/think they do.

Nursed to health by rspca just to be put to sleep anyway just because of his breed https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1KTjWkojQZiQCh2r/
