As a resident living near the Pilgrim's Pride Pet Food Manufacturing plant, I experience the horrific smell on a daily basis. The stench is so rancid that it seeps into my home, making it unfit for healthy living. The once pleasurable experience of sitting outside, breathing in the fresh air is now a days gone by due to the unbearable odor. Moreover, it has negatively impacted the value of our homes and degraded the quality of our lives.

Sadly, this plant was established without any public voting or consultations. As a result, our community is forced to bear the unbearable, with no say in the matter. An odor of this caliber is not only a gross inconvenience; it also raises concerns about potential health impacts. Scientific research proves that prolonged exposure to certain odors may cause an array of health issues, ranging from minor headaches to more severe conditions, such as lung diseases.

Upon investigating, we request that the representatives of the Pilgrim's Pride Pet Food Manufacturing plant take immediate action to control this situation. If this issue cannot be resolved, then the plant should be shut down for the benefit of the public’s health and the environment. Therefore, we appeal to the local authorities and environmental care bodies to take this matter seriously and act promptly.
