Let us keep our land!

Good Morning, I have contacted our regional councilor, he has met with both the Chief Administrative Officer (Niel Garbe) and the Commissioner of Planning & Regulatory Services Richmond Hill ( Ana Bassios ). Neither of these officials will do the right thing and strike this condition. Even though we have an engineers letter stating our garage will not effect the flood plain AND the TRCA (Toronto Conservation Authority) have informed them that this is not an appropriate situation to seek land conveyance. I have a call into the Ontario Ombudsman and will post an update when I have more information. Thank you everybody for your support!
