The Town of Richmond Hill, Ontario is saying they will approve our application to build a detached garage, if we give them give them most of our conservation protected land for free.   They have been advised by other controlling government departments like Toronto Conservation Authority that this is not an appropriate request for our situation, but the Town of Richmond Hill refuses to change their position on our application and it remains a condition to move forward.  Help me to stop Richmond Hill, Ontario from extorting our land.Allow me to build my garage without having to give the town my land for free. If a government wants your land then, THEY SHOULD PAY FOR IT!  otherwise leave the tax payer alone!
