The Issue

They're trying to build this massive data center in Spokane, and guess what? They want to use our clean aquifer water to keep it cool. Seriously? That water's for us, the people who actually live here. This isn't the first time they've tried to push it through. Remember the last attempt? Yeah, we had to rally and shut that down because of the clear threat to our drinking water.

See, we’ve seen what happens when our trust is misplaced. Places like Flint, Michigan, remind us that when it comes to protecting our water, no one else is going to do it for us. If this data center goes forward as planned, we're the ones who are going to face the consequences. We can't let them play with our essential resources like this.

I’m gearing up to organize some form of protest, whether it's demonstrations, petitions, or whatever it takes. We shouldn’t be sacrificing our water just so another data center can pop up. Spokane deserves better. We need to stand firm before it's too late.

So, if you're like me and want to make sure our aquifer water stays for Spokane residents, not cooling tech for some data center, let's speak up now. We need your support to show that Spokane’s voice is strong and united. Sign this petition and help us keep our drinking water safe. It’s our future on the line. Let's make sure they hear us loud and clear.
