Would you want to buy a house next to an industrial development that's nearly 40% larger than the village you live in? While it isn't a material planning objection, this is likely to significantly reduce the value of our homes and make them much harder to sell!
We have to get as many objections posted on the planning portal as possible to have any hope of getting this pushed out.
