Stop the Small Boats Now – Secure Britain’s Borders
The British people have been patient for far too long.
Every single week, more small boats cross the English Channel. Men, women and children arrive on our southern coast in numbers that our system cannot properly manage. Coastal towns are under intense pressure.
Local councils are struggling.
The NHS, housing, and public services are stretched. Ordinary British families are left wondering why their concerns are repeatedly dismissed while the crossings continue.
This is not a temporary problem. It has gone on for years. Promises have been made. Plans have been announced. Yet the boats keep coming. Public trust is eroding. Communities feel ignored. And when people speak up, they are too often met with lectures instead of action.
We, the undersigned, are calling on the people who actually hold the power to change this:
To the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom
To the Home Secretary
We demand that you:
Take immediate, decisive and effective action to stop illegal small-boat crossings across the English Channel.
Restore full operational control of the United Kingdom’s borders using every legal, practical, diplomatic and technological means available.
Prioritise the safety, housing, services and future of British citizens and those who have entered the country through legal routes.
Treat the concerns of the British public with the seriousness they deserve, instead of dismissing or smearing those who raise them.
Respect the right of ordinary, law-abiding British people to organise, protest, campaign and speak freely about border failures without intimidation or character assassination.
Groups such as Patriot Platform, led by Danny Tommo, have stepped forward to organise and apply public pressure on this issue. Love them or not, the core concern they represent is shared by millions of people across the country — working-class and middle-class, young and old, from every region. The longer the government fails to stop the boats, the more people will feel they have no choice but to take a stand themselves.
This petition is not about one group or one individual. It is about a simple principle: a country that cannot control its borders is not fully in control of its future. The British people have the right to expect that their government will protect the integrity of the United Kingdom. That expectation is not extreme. It is basic.
Signing this petition is a clear message to the Prime Minister and the Home Secretary. It says the public is watching. It says patience is running out. It says the demand for real results — not more statements, more reviews, or more excuses — is growing.
The longer this continues without decisive action, the greater the damage to public confidence, social cohesion, and trust in the political system itself.
The people of this country deserve better than managed decline on an issue as fundamental as who is allowed to enter the nation.
