When it comes to signing a petition, i get that and understand most wonder how does this effect me and why should Abatement be my issue, i will tell you why, its because the 253W trade is non-compulsory, specialized professionals are frequently misclassified as general laborers, leading to wage suppression and a lack of proper health monitoring. This is a public safety crisis. We demand the Ghost Worker Act to make 253W a compulsory trade. Every worker deserves professional recognition, every toxic exposure must be recorded, and the public deserves the safety that only a licensed specialist can provide. It is time to end the administrative silence and protect those who protect our schools and hospitals.
